Insights Discovery — Team Effectiveness

What happens to collaboration when the whole team’s dynamics become visible?

The team wheel reveals the collective preferences, complementary strengths and habits that influence day-to-day work. Starting from a priority issue chosen beforehand, the workshop opens a structured dialogue and leads the team towards a few concrete adjustments.

See the team’s habits in order to choose together what needs to change.

Taking a fresh look at the team’s dynamics

Individual preferences are brought together on a single wheel. The team discovers which energies are strongly represented, which are less so, and how this configuration influences its discussions, decisions and reactions when pressure rises.

Building on this reading, participants explore a real issue: shared priorities, information flow, trust, decision-making, roles or working agreements. The shorter, focused format concentrates on one priority question. The in-depth day makes it possible to link several dimensions and turn observations into visible collective commitments.

What the experience can bring

  1. Seeing the collective dynamics

Bring out the preferences and complementary strengths that shape how the team works.

  2. Naming recurring patterns

Discuss more easily the habits that support or hold back collaboration.

  3. Choosing adjustments

Agree on a few concrete commitments and behaviours the team can apply day to day.

Who it’s for

For an existing team that wants to work on a concrete issue in how it operates and have a shared framework for discussing it. The workshop suits teams that want to go beyond simple observation and agree on realistic adjustments.

  • Strengthen cohesion and collaboration
  • Get to know each other and understand others

Good to know

  • Two formats: 1 to 3 hours around a priority issue, or an in-depth 6-hour day.
  • From 2 to 15 participants; an adapted set-up can be proposed for a larger group.
  • Insights Discovery personal profiles are optional, but particularly useful for building the team wheel and taking the work further.
  • An open, uncluttered room, a screen or projector, a flipchart and chairs are required.
  • Availability is confirmed after your request.

Which issue does your team need to bring into view?

Let’s define the format that will open the dialogue and lead to useful agreements.
