Insights Discovery — Beginning the journey

What if differences in communication became easier to understand — and to draw on?

The four colour energies give the team an immediately accessible language for discussing each person’s preferences, reactions and needs. Without putting people in boxes, the workshop helps participants recognise their own style and adapt their interactions more flexibly.

A common language for understanding each other better, without asking everyone to work the same way.

Putting words to what makes us different

Working with the Insights Discovery wheel, each person gradually recognises the preferences that come most naturally to them. Participants compare their perceptions, observe what changes from one person to another and put words to differences that can sometimes make communication harder.

The group then tries out other ways of connecting, passing on information or reacting under pressure. The shorter, focused format offers a first introduction or work on a specific question. The in-depth day leaves more room for personal profiles, practical exercises and applying what has been learned to everyday working life.

What the experience can bring

  1. Recognising your preferences

Identify what naturally shapes the way you communicate, decide and collaborate.

  2. Reading differences

Better understand what others may need in order to take part, react or move forward.

  3. Adapting your communication

Broaden the way you interact without giving up your own style.

Who it’s for

For a team that wants a common language to understand each other better, communicate more smoothly or begin a collective development process. The workshop also suits a group discovering Insights Discovery for the first time.

  • Get to know each other and understand others
  • Strengthen cohesion and collaboration

Good to know

  • Two formats: 1 to 3 hours, or an in-depth 6-hour day.
