What happens when a team has to move forward with a 500-kilo partner?

A horse does not respond to job titles, roles or good intentions. It responds to the group’s presence, clarity and consistency.

Very quickly, the team can no longer simply believe it collaborates: it has to embody collaboration.

The horse changes the rules of the game

With the horse, the team leaves its usual reference points behind. Roles fade, interactions become visible and every reaction counts.

Participants have to observe, connect, try, then adjust. The horse responds immediately: it reveals what it perceives of the group, its signals and tensions, and offers the opportunity to learn by adjusting.

Good to know

  • No equestrian knowledge is required. The experience takes place entirely on foot.
  • The workshop is led by qualified equicoaching professionals and begins with a safety briefing.
  • Comfortable clothing, ankle boots or sturdy shoes, and clothes suited to the weather are required.
  • The focus of the experience and the debrief is adjusted to the team’s needs during a preparatory conversation with the person in charge.
  • Availability is confirmed after your request.
