A map to explore the team’s differences

The ways we communicate, make decisions and work together are not always alike. With Mapstell Team Experience™, the team explores these differences through a visual map and group exercises. Participants observe their preferences and discover other ways of approaching the same situation.

This introduction gives the team a common language to discuss its differences without judging them. It suits a new team getting to know each other, as well as an established team wishing to better understand certain differences in how it collaborates.

The workshop is based on each participant’s Mapstell personal profile, prepared before the session.

What participants experience

  1. A visual map laid out in the room

A shared tool for locating different ways of communicating and collaborating.

  2. Group exercises

The group explores its preferences and differences together.

  3. A look at your own reflexes

Everyone observes how they approach a situation, without judgement.

  4. A common language

The team leaves with clearer words to talk about its differences.
