Bean to Bar

What if your next chocolate bar started with a real cocoa bean?

Before it becomes that familiar sweet treat, chocolate goes on a long journey. Bean to Bar invites participants to trace this path, observing the beans, smelling the aromas and tasting different expressions of cocoa. The discovery continues with a creative session: everyone composes their own bar, chooses their pairings and leaves with their own personal creation.

A sensory exploration that transforms tasting into a shared experience.

Tracing the journey of chocolate

The experience begins with the raw ingredients. Participants observe the pods and beans, discover the main stages that transform cocoa, and let their senses guide the tasting.

Then it's time to create. Everyone chooses their pairings and customises their own bar with different toppings. The creations take different directions, preferences are revealed, and conversations arise naturally around flavours and discoveries.

What the experience reveals

  1. Awakening your senses

Observing, smelling and tasting chocolate to better appreciate the richness of its aromas and textures.

  2. Exploring your preferences

Making personal choices and discovering the pairings that match your own tastes.

  3. Sharing the discovery

Comparing sensations and creations to spark spontaneous conversations among participants.
