From ideas to a shared solution

The Egg Drop confronts the team with a familiar gap: the one between having good ideas and successfully creating something that works together. Participants must listen to different proposals, make choices with the available resources, and build a solution they are willing to put to the test.

The challenge is immediate: protect three eggs from a three-metre drop, using surprising materials. AI can open up new avenues for thought, but the team remains responsible for judging its suggestions, adapting them, and deciding what they will actually build. The final test provides a visible and often memorable conclusion to this collaborative effort.

What the experience brings into play

  1. Sharing ideas

Hearing proposals and connecting different points of view.

  2. Choosing together

Moving from hypotheses to a shared solution with the available resources.
