Domino Stress

A thousand dominoes. One collective movement. How far will your team stay on track?

When every move can influence the whole, the team must find its rhythm.

Role allocation, precision and communication become the keys to a collective challenge that is as spectacular as it is fragile.

A team builds a colourful domino cascade together, concentrating on the precision of each move.

When every move counts

Faced with 1,000 dominoes, the team must design a creative shape and build a cascade that can topple all the way to the end.

Very quickly, each person must find their place, coordinate their movements and stay attentive to the work of others. The final trigger immediately reveals the quality of this collective organisation: if one element stops, the entire motion must regain its momentum.

What the experience reveals

  1. Finding your rhythm

Organising individual contributions around a common construction.

  2. Staying coordinated

Communicating with precision as concentration and pressure mount.

  3. Seeing your contribution

Better understanding how each action and each role influences the group's success.

Who it’s for

For teams that want to test their coordination in a tangible challenge, better understand how they collaborate, and discover how each person finds their place when every contribution counts.

  • Strengthen cohesion and collaboration
  • Share an enjoyable, unifying moment

Good to know

  • The shape of the cascade can be freestyle or set, and is adapted to the topography of the location.
  • Outdoors, a site survey and ground preparation are necessary.
  • Depending on the setup, the experience can include hidden props, bonus questions or the use of artificial intelligence.
  • A professional debrief lasting 45 to 120 minutes can be added.
  • Availability in Dutch is confirmed upon request.
